Reporting user progress to LMS

When you say progress, are you referring to the last page they visited or are you looking for a percentage completed? When you publish out to SCORM or AICC, there is a checkbox which reads something similar to, The course will prompt to restore the last viewed location in the LMS. This needs to be checked in order for bookmarking to be enabled and does not require the modification of any AICC_ variables. If you are looking for a percentage complete, Lectora does not send this type of information. As for getting the course to display as completed or passed in the LMS, you need to modify the AICC_Lesson_Status variable to the value your LMS is looking for. For AICC, the most common values are c or p. For SCORM, the most common values are completed or passed. You may need to check with your LMS vendor to see if they require a different value from the standard values.
