It would be very helpful to have a checkbox in the global Preferences window labeled "Always Render Text Blocks as Image". That way if we have a bunch of text blocks, we don't have to individually check them all. Maybe have this option overwritten on a block by block basis if its disabled. For instance, if I set "Render as image" set to "On" in the global preferences but I have a text block that I don't want to be an image, I can uncheck it in the object's properties window.
