Reference html files in extern folder

I just drag and drop the HTML pages onto a Lectora page. Lectora adds them (you may have to say OK).Then you use GoTo Web address Action and just specify the name of the HTML page - not full address. When published, Lectora will put those pages in the root folder with other HTML pages. Very easy. Is this what you are doing?
