Recommended Video Type to Embed in LEctora 2007

Hello, my team is in the process of embedding/adding videos to our Lectora training modules. We currently are using Lectora 2007. Is there a recommended video type (i.e., .mov, .avi, .mpg, etc) to use when adding the video? Does one work better than another?
