"Storyboard" in Lectora?

In our company, we have separate instructional designers and e-learning developers. The designers create a storyboard in Word or PowerPoint, and then the developer creates the web based training in Lectora.Are there others who have separate design and development, or do most of you wear both hats?Question for the instructional designers (whether or not you also develop): Do you work directly in Lectora, or do you create a storyboard first?Thank you in advance for your time and input!-Ryan Herr.
