"Storyboard" in Lectora?

We don't have the PPT Integrator but we still do it just as Ben described. I've been doing CBT/WBT for 10 years using the same method with quite a few different tools (Authorware, Firefly, ViewletBuilder, RoboDemo, Captivate, etc.). It works great for all the reasons Ben described. Also, it seems that once the content goes into the actual tool, any major changes are much harder to make happen, even though in theory it shouldn't matter. It does matter and is much easier to make all major changes in PPT or similar and then dump into the dev tool only when ready. We don't have the PPT Integrator but we still do it just as Ben described.
