"Storyboard" in Lectora?

Ryan,It really depends on my vigilance and the expectations I set at the beginning regarding acceptable changes, timeliness of changes, scope creep, who gets the final say, and deadlines. Of course, some SMEs are great to work with and others more difficult, but nipping those 11th hour changes in the bud is up to me being proactive. Of course, I say that from many sad lessons of experience. In my experience it not only has to do with setting expectations of what changes are acceptable, etc., but it's my job to give my SMEs a clear picture of what the final training will look like and to be a good enough consultant to know when the right message isn't coming across and to raise the red flag early in the process. Even doing all of the above of course there will be times when 11th hour changes will happen, but in the three companies I've worked for with many other designers, the 11th hour changes consistently happen to the same designers because they weren't proactive and/or firm enough and/or didn't paint a clear enough picture of the final product before it became a final product.Hope that helps,Russ
