"Multiple Tries" Question

I'm off to a meeting in a few, so these instructions will be quick.

First off, I don't use the test items. I would create your question using the Form elements (specifically, radio buttons). I would name each radio button appropriately. 

Next, I'd create the text box for correct and the text box for incorrect (possibly plural). Both are invisible. 

I would put an action on the "check answer" button to show the correct text IF the correct answer is chosen. On the ELSE tab, I would show the incorrect text. If you have a different text box for each incorrect answer, then this step needs to be expanded by quite a bit.

But, that's how I would do it.
