Quiz reporting failed status as incomplete

Hi,

I created a quiz in Lecotra and now when I test the quiz and fail it, the status reported to my LMS (CourseMill) is shown as incomplete. Passing the quiz does reflect as 'passed' in the LMS. I want the failed quiz to report as failed. Ideas?
