Quiz question - Making a 2nd question appear based upon response to 1st question

Hello everyone,

I don't know if this is possible, but I want to make a 2 in 1 question on the same page. For example:

True or False: Do you like fruit?

If TRUE is selected, I want a second question to appear on the same page:

If TRUE, which is your favorite type? A. Apple, B. Banana, or C. Other.

But if the answer selected is FALSE, I don't want anything to appear.

Is that possible?
