Questions - New to Lectora

We are starting to develop SCORM courses using Lectora 2008 and have several questions, any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Background:What we would like to do is to have a course that has a pre-test, training, and post-test, in that order. The pre-test does not get reported back to the LMS. The course must be 80% viewed to pass and must report the score as well as pass/fail, and the post-test reports both score and pass/fail.The questions we have are as follows:1. Is there a way to have a pre-test that is scored but the score is not sent to the LMS?2. Is there a way to pass a score to the LMS from an assignable unit that does not have a test? I’ve been able to program the training area to track viewed pages and report an AICC_Score back to the LMS page by page, and it does show pass as soon as 80% of the training material has been viewed, but does not report the score.3. How do you report to the LMS the type of assessment?4. Is there a way to limit user attempts and if so, is this possible to do per assignable unit? For example, the user can access the training unlimited times, but can only access the test once. Is it possible to reset the attempt user in certain cases?5.The test is set up for forward navigation only. Currently, is something happens (browser locks up, etc.) and the user has to resume the test, any previous answers given are not maintained and the test therefore is not scored properly. Is there a way to maintain their responses (or worst case scenario, score each item individually and maintain the score using a variable)? Does this have anything to do with the persistent data error that we get? 6. We would like have several questions from each training module, but randomly select from within those questions how many to deliver (not an overall test randomization). I know we can randomly deliver questions within a test, but is there a way to randomly deliver from a group of questions in a test?7. Is there a way to create one course to do all this effectively, or would separate courses be better? Thanks in advance for any and all recommendations.
