Jessy, which LMS are you using? I'm having a similar problem now for a client that uses learn.com. Hopefully someone will post a clue here.If the course works fine without the popup feedback boxes, one option would be to include your feedback on the page as a text box instead of using the popups.You could also see if using custom feedback pages makes a difference.Jay
