When I created a multiple choice question using Lectora Inspire with 4 possible answers. When I click on the Question feedback option only 2 of the 4 question responses show up so I'm unable to add feedback to all 4 questions. I'm not sure why I only see 2 of the 4 responses under feedback? I tried deleting and re-creating the question but that didn't resolve the issue. Any ideas? Fyi, this was a course that was originally designed in an earlier version of Lectora and then I opened it in the latest version of Inspire (v17.1.3) Thanks.
