Quality Control Tracking
July 24, 2013 12:00 AM
Does anyone have suggestions for Quality Control of Lectora modules, such as tracking software or other technology? It is important to keep the modules up-to-date with the correct information, and to help make the process go smoothly when it comes to correcting changes, so any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm not sure if this will address all of your needs, but be sure to check out ReviewLink. When you publish your content to ReviewLink, you can assign the content to external reviewers who can log in and make comments on the page. The comments then go through a review cycle from New to Fixed, and they are then OK'd or Not OK'd by the Reviewer. You have the ability to print reports on comments, which provides a great to-do list when correcting problems, and for auditing purposes later on.
ReviewLink is free for users on Lectora x.6 or v11 for up to 5 pieces of content at one time.
