Publishing in Lectora OnLine

I recently tried publishing a title I created and have published in the past but I received the following error and was not able to complete the publishing process. I asked someone else to see if they could publish the title and they did not have an issue. Anyone have any idea as to what may be interfering with my publishing? Any conflicts with other software that you may be aware of?

That is an Internet Explorer error. I see you are using IE8.


Try using this procedure to run IE without any add-ons:

1. Click 'start' on the Windows taskbar.

2. Select 'All Programs.'

3. Select 'Accessories' > 'System Tools' > 'Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)'.



You may also try adding Lectora Online to the trusted sites:

Then try publishing again and see if the issue is resolved.
