As far as I know there isn't any way to publish to a .jar file from lectora - or to convert a course to run from one. I'm not sure what the advantage of doing that would be... unless you want it to run on any system (assuming someone has Java installed). Trivantis had a product called Zirada that was similar to Lectora, only it published to mobile devices - I think it's changed alot from a year ago when I was playing with it.
