Hi - You need to make sure that in the Test Properties that on the Results tab, you have checked Show test results, customized test results and grade the test. Also make sure that you don't have any pop-up blockers on while previewing the test. Also, I have found that if you re-use a title a few times that you need to delete the customized test results page and rebuild it. Hope this helps!
