processing error

At the completion of an assessment, we are receiving the following message:Could not set one or more values as requested. More information: The value (text from one of the assessment questions )is not a valid value for the cmi.interactions.37.description element. The data was not updated. More information: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: valueWe have had this issue in the past, but I thought I had solved it - apparently not.Any thoughts
