Process Test taking 3-5mins

Hello,

I have a client that is loading a SCORM 1.2 Lectora course into a LearnFlex LMS. Everything functions properly, however when they finish the quiz at the end, it takes 3-5 mins to process the test and give feedback. I've never experienced an issue like this, so I hope somebody out there might be able to clue me in to what the issue might be. Thank you.
