The problem has been solved! The problem was discovered to be a java script error. I was able to get the help of Ben Pitman who found that the PageInChapter was not defined. The progress bar was using this undefined variable and it was not being recognized by Lectora. The problem was resolved by adding a dummy on show action that uses PageInChapter on the condition tab. Adding this action cleared up the issue within Lectora and the test randomizes everything just how I wanted.Thank you again for all your suggestions and to Ben for helping me resolve this issue.
