Hi. I'm also facing the same problem.
When I try to access the video tutorials, the community forum, the click and learn, the sample titles and the lectora university from the help menu of lectora I get a popup notepad message with the following error: "The filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect". This same message appears when I try to access the hyperlinks that I included in my title.
