Problems with font size settings in executable file

I have a course that must be published as both SCORM and a single-file executable. I have users who have their font size settings, within the control panel, set to medium or large. The HTML/SCORM version seems to adapt ok by enlarging the entire course. The executable stays the same size and the larger font does not fit or is misaligned.

Does anyone have a workaround or solution to this issue?
