Problems with AICC/Web-based export

further to this - I've not exported the same course using a version of Lectora which has not had Service Pack 3 installed on it - and it works file....so it's definately something to do with Service Pack 3.Is there anyway I can uninstall the service pack? I do appreciate that the service packs fix bugs - but it seems to have created a problem in my version - so i need to get it back to how it was! (unless anyone can tell me what the difference is/what's causing the problem!?!?)
