PROBLEMS PUBLISHING TO LMS

The problem is that it goes to the LMS okay with no errors but once in the LIVE environment, the CBT, the first two pages work fine and then the on the third page the audio doesn't play, the next button stops working and the TOC I put in there doesn't allow for navigation.
