I'm rather new with Lectora and so far all the projects I've had to do were somehow simple. Now I've been asked to add an audio clip that will play through the whole course. I read on one of this threads that the best way to put the audio is with frames and then selecting a background sound, which I did. The audio file is a long narration with background music and all the animations are synched with it. I've managed to put it and make it work on Lectora and even the preview on any explorer, but when exporting to HTML, it doesn't work.
The course is programmed to autoplay with an action that changes to the next page after a period of time. The audio file is .wav and I've even tried to play it with an mp3 format and it still doesn't work. If I open each page separately in HTML, my explorer recognizes it, but when trying to open the index.html file, it stays blank. I'm guessing the issue is the frame I had to add to the title, but if I remove it, then the audio file can't work.
Can anyone please help me? I've tried everything I can think of.
