Problem with multiple choice radio buttons

I'm producing a multiple choice assessment and when I am in preview mode the radio buttons are selected with one click of the mouse button. However when it is published to AICC and then uploaded into our LMS, it takes several clicks of the mouse button until it registers your answer and appears in the radio button.

I have tried to solve this by ensuring that no text boxes are overlapping but this has not had any effect. Does anyone else know why this might be happening?
