Problem With Fill In the Blank Questions

Need more information in order to help you. 1. What version of Lectora? (always post that when asking for help as some solutions only work on one version of Lectora.)2. What do you mean by "Automatically adds an Extra Entry Field for that Question. "? I can find no place that the wizard mentions Entry field. There is one on the Forms tool bar that says "Entry".
