Problem with actions on textboxes

Thanks, Dwayne. I understand everything you're showing me except the condition "Contains" and "1, 2, or 3." I thought that a zero value indicates the check box is unchecked and the 1 indicates it is checked, but evidently that's incorrect. What are the 2 and 3?
