Problem opening Lectora 16.1.1

I have a problem with the trial version of Lectora 16.1.1. When starting the program, the "Product Activation Wizard" window open. I select "Continue trial (30 days left)", click next and then... nothing. Seems like Lectora just close and nothing append.

Last week it worked several days without problems.

How can I fix this?

It works when connecting to the internet.

I must specify starting as admin doesn't work, as does uninstall/reinstall. The computer is not connected on the internet.
