I usually just publish an Alpha version of my programs to our intranet and let the SMEs go through them there. They screen print any screens they want changes on, write the changes on the print out and then give that back to me. I have also just printed the entire title (all pages) given it to them like you are suggesting and let them write comments on there as they go through the published test version of the program. Of course, my SMEs are in the same building as me usually, but not always which makes this way pretty easy. For the ones who aren't in the builidng with me, they just email me their comments back.
