Printing Question

I am looking for an easy way to have SMEs review a Lectora course and give feedback on paper (or online but I am not aware of how to do that). I can print out an outline and scan it and send it off in an email as a PDF and they can write comments, scan it again, and email me off the comments.

There are several drawbacks to this method. First, anything under a pop-up or hidden text that comes up in a Learn More button, prints at the very end, and not with its page, so it's hard to find. Also, while feedback in questions prints out, the question doesn't print out! Also, it's a pain having to print the outline, scan it to a pdf and email it and then have the SME go through that entire process to return comments. Does anyone know if a better and more efficient method? Thanks.
