I have the same issue when I publish to CD. However, when I publish to HTML, the results pages prints. So, I publish to html and copy the html folder onto the CD. Then I add the necessary files to autostart the html/index.html file. Even though the files are on the CD, since I published to html, the program opens in a browser. So if that is not an issue for you, you can try this.
