Printing Certificate With Learner's Name in Non SCORM Compliant Course

I have placed a certificate into a non SCORM course and I need it to print the learners name. It is not tied to an LMS so it cannot pick the learner name up from there. Any suggestions on creating it in Lectora or am I better off to create this in flash and import it into the page?
