Printing an entire Lectora deck from a user standpoint

I currently have all my training material in Lectora virtual decks. I'm able to print these from inside Lectora with no problem and with great quality. My initial thought was to print these, scan them into a PDF and them email them to the users requesting a hardcopy. Unfortunately, the file size is much too large for our server to support. From a user standpoint, they can print the deck page by page as they go throught the virtual training but it's with poor quality and comes out very small. There has to be a way for a user to print the entire deck with good quality w/o doing this page by page-(one of my decks is 83 pages, it isn't feasible for a user to print this one page at a time). Any insight to how a user can print an entire Lectora deck with good quality? Thanks in advance for all your help!
