Print is not working

I am using Lectora 2008. I try to print the result page of random test in exe version. It is failed to print. But it is working fine in html version. Also if i attend the questions in random test and click glossary button, it is showing the result of test before i attend all the questions and not opening glossary page.I am using Lectora 2008.
