Print is not working

If you are using the "goto web page" to print the document; that will only work in HTML version it won't work in an EXE. To print in an EXE you would need to use a print page command instead or if it is an external document a print and then the name of the document to print. You could do this on show or on a click of a button; whichever you prefer.
