We often create our pdf-documents from within Lectora by selecting all the pages (in the left panel) and printing them out by simply using the Lectora menu item.Prequisite is of cours an appropriate pdf-creation-software like easypdf.Even "invisible" objects are printed out - with the disadvantage that "lower layered" are covered by the "higher" ones. Well, it's far from beeing a perfect solution but it's working for us (most of the time).
