I have recently ran into an issue where users taking tests are accidentally closing the test window. This causes them to lose their work. I checked with Lectora Support about trying to trap a hard close for the window and prompting the user with a warning message. My idea was to modify the JS window.onBeforeUnload event to incorporate the warning but I did not want to break any existing functionality in the process. Support suggest I post here to see if anyone has run into this issue or tried to implement a fix.
