PowerPoint import into Lectora

We also are having problems importing PPT files into Lectora 2009 since the upgrade. Lectora is erroring out and closing every time we have attempted. We have tried all sorts of PPTs: ones with just text and no formatting, some with templates, some without graphics, and have had no luck.
