Thanks Justin. That is the answer I was hoping to see in my posting at http://community.trivantis.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3443&PN=2 I will try changing the bit rate and see if it helps. I wasn't sure what to try changing because I am a self taught user of Adobe Premiere and used settings I had found on the web.
