OK Justin, call me video and audio illiterate, but the choices I have for video are Frame Rate (fps) which I have at 25, and Bufer Size [seconds] set at 20 with the peak video buffer size at 5.00.In audio, I have Audio Format at 256 kbps, 48 kHz, 2 channel 24 bit CBR. Could you ask your co-worker if he knows if any of the above-mentioned are referencing the bit rate he referred to? Thanks.
