Pop-ups with scroll bars

I have created pop-ups for feedback on review questions. When I view them in Lectora in browser mode or preview mode, they look fine. When I publish to SCORM on Blackboard, the pop-ups have scroll bars on the right side and on the bottom. Can anyone advise on how to address this issue?
