Hello! I'm a instructional design consultant and my clients are rather spread all over the place. The problem with this is that I'm not in the same place. I have a client who was having an issue with a course designed in Lectora 2005. They are running it on their intranet, viewing in IE 6.0.2 and on XP Pro machines. Pop-up blockers on IE were completely disabled and they had accepted the Active X controls in IE. Title Manager started when the course started. The course was published to HTML.My clients were repeatedly having the same error. There was a large pop-up window. When the Close Window (Action: Close Window/Exit Title) button on the pop-up was closed, the entire course closed, not just the pop-up. I was not once able to replicate the problem and in frustration, replaced the pop-up with an interactive graphic created in FlashPaper. However, I'm baffled as to what the problem might have been. Any thoughts?They also experienced another problem where a rather bland page, just before the test, simply hung. I wasn't able to replicate that problem either. Thoughts?
