POP UP WINDOWS

I can't find ANYthing in the Lectora handbook or in "Help" that addresses pop up windows. I want to create the same glossary pop up that appears in the training Golf Course model - and using the handbook, "golf" model, and moxie, have everything working well - except - I can't find out how to make the pop up glossary appear in a short version. In the L hand the glossary page in my pop up chapter needs to be long enough to contain all text boxes with words/defintions. In the golf version, the pop up is simply labeled "pop up window" (instead of Lectora Professional Publisher - which I don't want). I can't find any logic in the L pane to make this happen. Any help appreciated. Looking at deadline as a newbie.
