Jay is right, you would have to embed your animations using an external HTML object. With older versions of Lectora we would use the swfobject http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/ and put the code to embed the movie in an external html object. We used it so we could pass parameters to our movies, but with the addition of the parameters tab we no longer need to - however, where you are defining the path to the movie this should work for you.
