We have the same problem and are struggling with the same issues. Re-sizing the course is an option however time comsuming when considering each page needs to be proofed and re-laid out to accomodate elements on each page.I was wondering if an external html page or doc could be created with an javascript function on it to specify full page and no scrollbars.
