place email link on each page?

Hello all,I'm brand new to the forum and appreciate any insight you can give me. I've been asked to place an icon/button on each page of all of our Lectora courses allowing the user to easily click and fill out a quality improvement form whenever they see the need. The form is to consist of a scrollable text box for the problem description, a drop down list to broadly catagorize the type problem (ie typo, graphic, technical, etc) and a send button to email the data to our training team.I also want the form to automatically grab the course title and page number variables and place them in the emails heading. My initial thought is to place the form as a single hidden object with a properties of "Not initially visible" and "Always on top" at the begining of the course. Clicking an icon. similarly placed, but visible, shows the object-form (using the show/hide actions). The user then fills the form out and clicks a send button. The send button (using an action group) gets the course title and page number variables, sends the email, and then hides the form. Normal course navigation resumes.Has anyone built something similar, or can give me some insight on the easiest solution to backfit our courses with this capability? I'm just thinking out loud right now and am not really sure how I should approach this. We currently run Lectora 2007 Professional Suite and publish AICC to our LMS (Syntrio). Thank You, your assistance is greatly appreciated.
