PHP Script to Send Test Results from Lectora to a MySql Database

OK now I'm really disappointed with Trivantis. I referred my request to support and they have been unable to help. I would have thought that outputting test results to a MySql database would have been a built in function.I've seen postings related to this area so why don't they come up with a solution?PLEASE HELP with a php script if you can.Getting more and more frustrated.
