Personality Assesment Quiz

I am in the process of creating a course for a local retail company. They have a self assessment personality quiz they would like to add into the course. It's one of those "When this happens you..." then four answers. (Like the high school "what career should you go into" tests), anyway. I'm looking for a way to create the questions so that instead of having a right answer and three wrong answers, it just keeps track of the answers the user selected for each question and then go in and say "you chose these answers...your sales style is Personality A", any suggestions on how this can be done?I am in the process of creating a course for a local retail company.
