PDF file in a new window

I need immediate help! I have a number of pdf files that I need to have open is a new window when the user clicks on Click Here hyperlink. I know how to do it from a pop-up, but how do I do it with a pdf? I have placed all the docs in the extern file via Add Additional Files. Can someone help me out?I need immediate help!
